Need specifics on "custom spacer".

I can't see it very clearly, but it doesn't look like you have provisions for the coolant sensor. Since I just installed my reroute, I'll give you my opinion: the flex hose is way too long, and you wasted your money on the other S shaped hose. If you just rotate the stock hose about 130*, it should point right under the intake manifold. Maybe your NB hose is different though.

It was made by a local guy(not sure if he is on this board or not). He made a few but not sure if he is planning on mass producing them or not. RotoryNut used one of the first he made for his re-route.

I believe he is planning on selling spacers/kits. The spacer does have a provision for the temp sensor, it can be seen right next to the heater core neck.

I'm going to grab the shorter flex hose, hose clamps, water wetter andsome other stuff on my way home from work. The radiator hose with the bends is going to get cut up to work, I grabbed it because that first 90* turn is short enough that it does not hit the charge pipe. Oh and my current upper radiator hose is a nice SAMCO piece...i'm not going to cut it up..i'd rather sell it and make some $$$ back lol

Yep, I used the first spacer he made, and 1,000 miles later everything is fine. There are detailed pictures in my build thread of it.

Where did you get those rubber-lined hose clamps/hangers?

Greg - I completely forgot about that one :( please no hard feelings? I probably forgot because someone sent me one before that for free :o
I wish I had tome to get this in... I want to soon. Was going to do it with the manifold, but by the time Eric and I were done with the manifold it was waaaaaay too late to even think about the re-route. Greg, I have a complete list of all the parts and part numbers and where I got them from that i'll get to you if you want for the NB kits.
