What ever came of this? Is the car running well? I'm interested in grabbing a set to replace my ancient RC 550's.

Sorry guys, I forgot to update. I'm using 1ms deadtimes. The car is running great, besides the **** turbo, pulls hard when it finally spools, able to tune in my AFRs pretty well.

Basically 0 issues with fuel since I got these in.

I picked up a set myself, been running them about 5 weeks now. Still cant get the car to idle any higher than 13:1, I'll have to upgrade to sequential next.

Incorrect.

My ID1000's idled at a perfect 14.7-15.0 on both cars.

On both ms2 and ms3, and both batch and sequential.

Sequential?

Edit
Nvm you mentioned both

Mine seems to idle smoother on the rich side, maybe it's tuning. I'm on batch though

I think this is where th flow-matching comes into play, but maybe it is just tuning like you say.

The way I see it though: with injectors that are not identical or super close in flow, if one flows more and one less you'll always either have to richen it up or run rough because at least one of the cylinders will be leaner than the others, and you can't tell without a wideband for each one.

****, my FIC900s running enough base pressure to be 1000s can idle smoothly at some unknown amount leaner than what the aem wideband can read when the IAT heat soaks on hot restart. Well, its smooth until you put any electrical load on the engine. In sequential of course.

My ID1000's idle perfectly at 14.7AFR on my MS3x. I am planning on running the Ford GT injectors in my next build. They are why I bought 18PSI's caps and fitting and such a while ago.

I'm definitely interested in them as well, but so far just haven't seen too much more info than a post saying: "well my car runs, and they work".

That's not good enough for me. I'm hoping someone does a good review with logs and proper info showing exactly how well they work. If there is such info out already, I'd love to see it.

I know I can find plenty of people's msq's and logs showing proper setup for ID1000's and logs showing flawless operation, and that's a big thing for me. Because that seems the difference in paying $500 vs $100

I cures male pattern baldness, may cause urinary tract infections, prevents the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and in the State of California it may cause cancer if used rectally. Void where prohibited.
