NA 1.6 heating issues
 

Hello guys, looking for help here...

I have a 1.6 with a MK turbo kit, CX Racing radiator with fans and shroud, Supermiata coolant reroute. coolant level ok, system burped, fans come on as they should and I keep getting high temps, all the way up to 230, with light load driving or light accelerations. the car will not overheat while standing, fans kick in and everything is fine, the problem is while driving. Any clues??

Ducting sealing the bumper mouth opening to the radiator with no leaks.

Toss the trash fans and shroud. Use the oem ones.
