Default 1.6L 16g turbo

hello i have a 1991 miata boosted with 16g evo3 turbo with megasquirt ecu. Currently car is in shitty tune so engine performance is very rough. Coming from a turbo integra gsr with 300whp, it is kinda hard to compare the performance. So I just want to know what to expect from a turbo miata such as 1/4 mile and how many horsepower on approximately 10psi and such. To those that will say **** you get it tuned and find out, I am scheduled for a tune tmrw. but since I live in Seattle it is raining this time of season. So even with a tune I'm afraid wheelspin will take over and I'll be stumped.
So to everyone who read this far thanks! and just feel free to give out some numbers and what to expect!
thanks

Most drag strips don't run in the rain, so the rainy season won't be causing you any wheelspin on the track.

It's pretty difficult to guess horsepower based on just the turbo and amount of psi.
What other mods have been done (injectors, manifold, etc)?
As far as performance on the drag strip goes, you're probably going to be disappointed. Miatas really aren't all that good at it.

Before everyone destroys you, let me help you help yourself a little.

What is your inter cooler set up?
Does it still have the 1.6 fuel injectors?
What manifold, downpipe, and exhaust are you running?

Since you're running a megasquirt, just log a pull and use VirtualDyno. It's a pretty solid estimation imho.
