Need help with VICS
I just completed a 1.8 NB1 swap in my 93 miata. Got everything working fine exept the vics manifold.
The car is running on a MS3 Basic and i wired the vics solonoid trough the evap charcoal canister wires. I read that those wires give a +12v and a switched ground at the ecu. The problem where im running into is that i cant get it working trough ms3 basic. Is it wired corrertly? if so which port do i use in programmable on/off outputs? |
Should have had documents with the ECU. Reverent might be your next contact.

The evap wires are not connected to the ECU. Use the DB37 wires.

You should have a chart that tells which DB37 wire and output controls the VICS. DNM |
Thanks,
Rewiring the wires this saturday to the db37 connector. I think i will cut pin 2X (purge valve solonoid) on the ecu plug and wire this to the db37 connector. |
