Emilio, any idea of when the next batch will come in? Trying to finish up my bottom end build at Saddleback and looking to pick one up as soon as you get them in!

Did you buy the wheel as a 36-1 or did you have to modify it?

If you had to remove a tooth, was it hard to do?

Wikipedia say the BPD has a larger crank nose than the BP. That may or maynot be accurate so unless someone here is from japan and knows more about that engine you might just have to measure it yourself.

Well it's reminding me that corksport already told me that about the BPD, on the BPT it will fit but not on the BPD.

Damn :-( because this pulley seems to be very nice !

You have a Universal Select ECU and not a Plug-In Select ECU, is that correct?

Torque specs for the timing wheel bolts? Do I use thread locker on them?

No spec. Just snug. I'd do 50-80 in/lbs. Loctite 243 (blue)

So quick question here. How have all of you been installing these?

I will buy/rent what I need too if absolutely needed but if it makes a difference I have the motor out and a flywheel look to keep the crank from rotating.

My pulley definitely doesn't slide on. I think I have a burr that needs to be filed down.

What is the difference in use between the 40 dollar holder tool and the 200 dollar rental tool?

Is it a bad idea to use the crank bolt to pull the pulley on?

Thanks guys. Sorry if I am being dense(don't let my wife read that) I just feel I am lacking some key information here.

They don't slide completely on. The $40 tool holds it in place so you can use the crank bolt to install it. The $200 tool actually presses it into place before you use the crank bolt. I just use the $40 tool.
