Default Comp test, new motor time I think

Finally did the compression test I was avoiding last night . It's burning through oil at an insane rate. Turbo has been rebuilt, oil restrictor (.035), both sides of valve cover go to catch can. So other than something inside of the engine going bad couldn't figure where the oil was going. I wasn't losing any water out of the cooling though.

Procedure-I warmed the motor to operating temp, pulled plugs (they are nasty looking), installed my new Craftsman comp tester, put the throttle to the floor and cranked the engine for approx 10-12sec, repeated all cylinders to elimintate user error, cylinder 2&3 where way low, poured some oil in the sparkplug hole, repeated test on both cylinders twice. The car has a Optima red top D51r and never lost voltage according to my volt gauge between cranking different cylinders.
Results-
Cyl 1---188-192
Cyl 2---120-130 After oil 168
Cyl 3---158-160 After oil 191
Cyl 4---190-192

Also if you rev the motor while warm it blasts whitish smoke out the back and a slight puff out the catch can. Diving it puffs smoke under heavy throttle and pulling from lights. I'm going with the middle cylinders are fried. It could be head gasket, maybe.
Plugs that came out->
