Have a decent shop check your alternator. Mine had fried a component inside - can't remember what atm.
Oh, I guess it was a resistor in the rectifier plate. I had it repaired, and the issue seemed to go away. Since then, I am using a custom made 130 amp alternator (for my electric steering and such). No more problems... |
The alternator is an known good alternator.
Could the engine earths, alternator earth effect its control ? |

While online, with the engine off, reduce the running voltage to 14.2 (down from 14.4) and click burn. Wait 10 seconds, then start the engine.

Ok it worked but it needs a quick press of the accelerator before the battery light goes away.
