I got a few different o rings and none of them really make the FPR a tight fit. I tried OE mazda, some viton, etc.

Should the FPR be able to rotate easily using the adapter they provided?

I snugged the bolts down and the fpr can just spin around with just light finger pressure. I think I need an o ring of the same ID, but bigger OD or section width.

O ring shops are closed today (sunday), but i imagine getting one that works will be quite easy. Just curious if anyone else ran into this or knows the answer to the above question?

I noticed that as well. A lot of the fuel rail adapters such as the Turbosmart TS-0402-1002 are only held in using a o-ring. I'm not sure how much I trust that to stay in place. I got a good deal on the "dual feed" FM fuel rail that has a 1/4npt port that you can use to adapt the fpr. I find that a bit more trusting.

Yes that’s normal and fine with radium adapters

I guess if the injectors can rotate and hold a seal, the FPR should be able to as well. Thanks Curly!

Just wanted to bring attention back to this, the FPR is fully bolted down and still wobbles around and freely rotates, like FREELY rotates. I dont feel comfortable pressurizing this thing.

Try it and see if it leaks?

Call manufacture and discuss issue with them?

Ive emailed radium but no word back yet. Cant find their phone number. I see they have another adapter piece that looks more secure.

Maybe (971) 221-6417 based on this website. https://www.manta.com/c/mhw8914/radium-engineering-llc

Mine was a little loose too. Sounds like you are bottoming out your bolt. Can you try grinding off a turn or two and trying again? I made sure to back up the seal with some goop.
