AFM Compatibility questions
I found an AFM from a Mazda 929 at a local junkyard and snatched it up for next to nothing. The Mazda sticker is marked as a J9. The AFM is identical to the RX7 meter in appearance, however the internal circuit board is clearly different as well as the resistances.
I've been doing research on the various AFM's and this one seems to be very over looked or forgotten. I'm aware some meters run from 1-3v and other run from 3-5v. I'm not sure which voltage range this meter runs at nor if its possible to convert it to work with a stockish 1.6. If this unit isnt plug and play or modifiable, i've debated just swapping the guts from the Miata AFM trying to meter AFR's and adjust it until it looks right.
If anyone has gotten one of these or something similar to work properly. I could use some help.

I know its no where as nice, reliable, or practical as a megasquirt or any other engine management for that matter but its something to do instead of twiddling my thumbs.
