Rebuild before or after turbo
I am getting a turbo kit in the next month or so and want to rebuild my engine. Car has about 110,000 Miles on it right now. My question is would it be better to do it before putting the turbo in? Also, after the rebuild how long should I wait to put the turbo in?

Do compression/ leakdown test and post results.

Why do you want to rebuild the motor? Does it consume oil, etc?

There are no leaks or anything. Starting to think that those guys didn't know as much as they thought... |
Don't listen to clowns. Do the tests I listed and post results. We will tell you what to do then.

Boost it! Don't rebuild it til it's broken.

This is the Swank Force Racing approved method of tuning. Turn it up until it blows up, back it off a click. Swank Force Racing: By Force or..... By Force. |

I have talked to a few people and they say it is best to rebuild cause it works better with the management.
