I recommend .017-.020 for the top and .020 for the second for your application. Years ago I did the calcs for a higher power level 1.8 and the required gap was over .020" for the top ring.

Damn see this is where um stumped I asked some guy on youtube who goes by Mike the miata king he said some where between .008 - .010 I'm just wondering on how he got low numbers and you got high numbers

Either he did not know your application was turbo charged or he is a novice.
