Rod knock?

So after a 2 hour cruise to a car show at 85 miles per hour with multiple pulls, the car developed a this tick on the way off the highway, I don't think it was quite as loud as this one but it was an unusual noise none the less. I pulled into the show 30 minutes later and the noise had stopped. I left the car alone for maybe 4-5 hours, I started to car up to leave at it made no ticking at all. Then I pulled over about a 1/2 mile down the road and the ticking came back, probably as bad as it is in the video. Then I topped it off with oil and proceeded to try and get the car 100 miles home. I pulled over maybe an hour or so in to the trip home and the ticking was still there, but this time at idle. I drove the car home, the car drove normally and ran great except for the ticking. I'm hoping it might be a collapsed lifter, but my gut tells me elsewise. I pulled my intake cam, where it sounded like it was coming from and one of the lifters is a bit softer and click-ier than the other ones, I'll be replacing them with a spare set I have lying around. I also was using 10w-30 which has maybe 2-2.5k on it, so I will also switch to rotella 5w of some sort. Opinions on whether it's lifter or knock?

I hear a couple different noises in the video, so maybe both?

The going away and coming back sounds like textbook lifter tick though.

the high pitched ticking is the injectors, those gt500's are very clanky

I'm leaning towards a nasty lifter tick. Doesn't sound guttural enough to be rod knock.

Doesn't sound like rod knock. Rod knock has a deeper sound to it.

Is it low on oil? Maybe broken valve spring or something like that.

I figured this, and like I said I put maybe another .5 quart of 10w-30 in and it didn't seem to change anything, and from what the dip stick told me the car was good on oil
