Rough Idle when cold

Rough Idle when cold
Ok been doing some searching here and I'm going to check the following things
tomorrow. Car runs very bad when I start it up
****NOTE: I don't have WB or MS installed yet so everything is stock, Also changed my plugs today from the colder NGKs to the regular ones.
-Fuel pressure( my pump squeals after I drive for an hour or so)
-Engine Grounds
-O2 (haven't changed since I owned it and It's been about 10,000 miles since I've owned the car has 104,xxx)
-Timing
-IAC
Please let me know If I'm missing anything.
Also did some rewiring of some crap and after my cheap narrowband reads rich now before it was lean......
