Smoke at idle? PCV valve??

Hi, I've had my forged turbo engine (street car) running approximately 2,000 miles and have noticed quite a bit of smoke at idle (some of it is soot and condensation) running 3" Decat, but I suspect some of it is oil.

I don't think it's the piston rings because the compression test was fine.

The valve seals are from a Cometic kit (I should have used OEM, if I know :)), but I'm not sure they're the problem either. The car runs fine when running, and as soon as I start it, it takes a while to smoke.

But I'm running without a PCV valve, and I think the catch can fills too quickly, which could be causing the smoke at idle (I have the canister shared by both ports).

I've read a lot of information on the PCV issue, which is why I suspect this. I have a 323 cap with a second port I made on the hot side, but I can't get a clear answer on how to connect it (I have AN-10 lines). Please, if someone could help me. I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this question (please add that I am at 19psi)https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...c3bb26c69.jpeg

Condensation disappears into the air and smoke remains visible. It's pretty easy to differentiate.

Soot and condensation are completely normal.
