Default Engine build-cams and intake manifold

Well it is about time to start construction of my replacement motor for bigger power.
I have and 05 MSM(FMII/Hydra with 550s and GT2871) with a second engine which I will be building. I am trying to do this for a reasonable amount and not just throw a ton of money at it, but of course I keep thinking about stuff. I have ordered a few things-boundary engineering oil pump with billet gears, fuel pump, FM fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, coolant reroute, gauges, koyo radiator, oil cooler, Maruha oil pan baffle.
I would like to run about 320-maybe 350whp wherever the injectors run out. I may invest in some 750s just for the peace of mind. I would like to be able to rev the motor to about 8K often and reliably.
The plan-low compression supertech pistons, either M tuned or Belfab rods-balanced etc. Crank scraper. I decided against billet main caps as I didn't think they would be necessary.
Head-mild port and polish, normal size valves, supertech valve train. Shim under bucket.

So on to my questions. If I am going to do this for these power levels (and to have some headroom if I decide to get a 3071 and maybe one of these cool new vband setups etc in the future), is it worth it to get an intake manifold and cams?
There is very little info on either of these as far as actual gains and hell it probably is a waste of money for the power levels I am contemplating but what the hell.
The intake manifold either Begi or Flipside. I would probably lean toward the flipside as it looks biased toward top end with short runners and a huge plenum.
Cams. I have looked at the integral cams website and I would probably just use the stage II turbo cams-a little more duration and lift.
Is it relatively easy to convert back to just the CAS sensor on the back of block instead of the intake cam? Adjustable cam gears just look cool.
Most of this is of course just your opinion and probably just more money for me to waste on another car but that's what makes this fun for me.

Absolutely worth it to do intake manifold, but not cams just yet. Nobody makes a truly good set of cams for this motor, but I am looking into having a set of custom ones done. If they work well, I'll duplicate and sell them.

Ok seems reasonable. Cams would probably be easier to upgrade later as well as there shouldn't be that much effort needed to change them.
So maybe I'll use the money I saved on cams for a Hydramist-ha ha it just never ends.

I'm curious what constitutes a "truly good set of cams". Integral does make an MSM cam set and can do custom grinds.
