strange tps issue
 

Well, I have had my car running on ms3 for about a year now! (1.8 swapped NA)
it's been great! No turbo issues and the car feels great.

However recently the idle has been acting funny and after plugging the ECU into my laptop I immediately see that the tps no longer reads anything other than 324
I even tried to recalibrate it. Yet still nothing.

a few days later and a fresh tps plugged in yet... still nothing!
so now I'm stumped, I really doubt it's a wiring issue as I haven't changed anything in months.

I suppose it could be a pair of bad tpses but the way tuner studio goes from 0 to 324 slowly after I turn the key on.

Well I figured it out!
it was just a simple wire that managed to unplug itself from the pigtail I did a tiny bit of pulling on the pigtail and the 5v reference wire just came right out the plug!
