Im like 97% sure I have the right idea and lots of people are confused, but it could be me.

Seems legit dude. You got fixed volume of air and the sc takes a gulp of it each time. Not sure what hte pressure ratio would be though as rpms increase.

You need to read this paper: TVS® V-Series Supercharger Development for Single and Compound Boosted Engines

I have a copy on the PC at home.

The results of the study I believe showed sequential turbo charging with a small quick spool turbo and complex exhaust and intake valving and control system to be the most efficient option. This gave the largest area under the torque speed curve.

Here is a bunch more photos.

Sandblasted and ready to cut back down and weld the runners.

Ready for IC piping and we are done for now, off to the dyno for a low boost tune and run in and then sort out the blower and go twincharged.

Intercooler piping mostly done. New supercharger brackets on the way.

Im confused. Is that IC piping temporary while you wait on the supercharger bracket?

Well, it's complicated, the owner wants to feed the turbo with the blower with some odd valving system using high speed actuators and some separate logic based on boost pressure, pressure differential and rpm.

When he arrived I said that I kept the piping simple because it would be temporary, and the then pulled some actuators out and said "well....".

So at this point I don't really understand his exact plans, I will keep everyone updated.

That doesnt sound good. He needs to feed the supercharger with the turbo.

What makes you say that?
In a sequential twin charged configuration without compound boost, Stage-1 Supercharger and Stage-2 Turbocharger is a perfectly viable method. It has been used by several automotive manufacturers and is the preferred configuration in the aeromotive industry.

Take for example, the Volkswagen TSI twincharge engine. The video below is well worth a watch.

Curious to see how it works out for you. Keep up the good work. Usually I don't even read these twin charge threads. But with you going for 500hp. I'm intrested.

Its not wrong, its just kind of silly in now that the EFR turbos are out, especially the 7163 that will hit your power goal without you giving up too much low end compared to this setup. Doing with compound charging with the turbo feeding the blower could theoretically get you a whole lot more power.
