lolwut?

In this sort of system, I'd expect a second radiator dedicated to the I/C to be located forward of the A/C condenser, just like a traditional FMIC. Water flow would be:

Tank -> Pump -> Radiator -> Intercooler -> Tank

Is that not the case here? Is the pump not working? Did they use some dinky little heat exchanger like an oil cooler in place of the radiator? Is the heat exchanger installed aft of the main radiator? Something does not compute.

I dont think it even has a heat exchanger actually

From what I could tell, its pumping water from the reservoir, to the w/e ic, and back to the reservoir.

I'll check again when I tinker with it next week lol

maybe I just didn't see it

Say it isn't so! Yes that is the place. I go by it from time to time, I will have to look and see, and maybe a cocktail.

Yay I noticed something. Ish. So it basically does this?

Tank -> Pump -> hoses -> Intercooler -> Tank

That's how I vaguely remember it.

I'll check as posted above

My supercharger kit was basically the same as this one and it had a small 35x35cm alloy heat exchanger, on a cool evening the PWR barrel would be covered in condensation and was extremely cold to touch.

Faired less well on warm days, but was still a pretty decent solution.

Welp I figured it all out.

The noise was massive belt slip. Tightened it and put some anti-slip spray on there and its good. Ordered a new Gates belt for the guy. The band aids consist of JR BTC + JR power card.

The car runs good for what it is now:
