Water reroute/cold starts
I've rerouted the coolant to the back, and, now, that the temp is friggin' around 15*, the idle is sitting somewhere around 2k.
Bit of a pain in the pita. I had capped the line from the ISC to the water neck, and, upon the advice of my mechanic, spliced the said line into the water line (same 3/8") running from the throttle body. Problem is, as I pulled into my driveway and checked the line, it appears to be dry. WTF? Help is appreciated. (Oh, yeah. The reroute was done a la Braineack) |
If you have any line that should have coolant... and doesn't.... top it all off and bleed it. I'd be more worried about that then cold starting issues.
