Where to get ceramic coating
 

Im having ARTech build me a manifold and its being built in mild steel.
I dont want to have to deal with the annoying rust look later down the road so i'd like to get it Ceramic coated

Can anyone here recommend a place that uses durable long lasting coatings?

there swain or jett hott is da bomb, i was going to go jett hott once i get all my parts, but the question is so heat cycle the manifold before coating are not, ive hear various opinions on the subject im not sure

though I don't believe their coatings act as an effective thermal barrier (such as Swain) but it does seem to hold up well.

FYI the high temp Jet Hot coating looks like lumpy, sandy shit ... effective yes, aesthetically :ugh2:

I had my manifold, exhaust housing, and dp coating with the silver 1700f coating because I was able to get it done cheap cheap. Everything flaked except the turbine housing which aside from being dull in color, looks as good as new. This leads me to believe it was less to do with the temp rating and prep and more to do with the expansion and contraction of the manifold and dp.
