Well since I have decided to most of the stuff I wanted as I begin my engine build I was wondering about WPC treatment of parts and whether anyone has used them. I must admit I am bit skeptical about coatings for things like piston skirts etc, but I have done some research and the WPC process interests me. Increased strength hardness and less friction on bearing surfaces without a change in size seems pretty cool
I am probably going to have the pistons, rings, wrist pins, rods, bearings and cam lobes treated with this process. I don't think I will go as far as having the cylinder bores treated.
Anyone tried this?

WPC the only wpc i know has to do with web guide and register controls. Do you meen swain caoting? If so yeah its cool for piston skirts but other than that you won't see alot of difference from it.
