Wrist Pins and Piston to Wall Clerance
 

I have 6553m835 weisco pistons and a block that I bought bored out to 83.5mm used. I took the engine to a local shop who asked the piston to wall clearance but I had no clue. So far i've seen the following reccomended

0.003"-0.004" is tolerable
0.004" is too loose according to some
0.0025" (this is regarded as too tight unless running a n/a engine so this is a no-go)
0.004"- 0.005" is what Weisco reccomends for heavy usage.

Would it be safe to setting in the "tolerabe" range of 0.0035"?

Also, the following question are due to my inability to think ahead and make sure the seller gave me everything
I have the pistons and wrist pins but where can I order the retaining clips for the wrist pins? I failed to ensure I was given these...

Find another shop

The pistons should clearly state the correct tolerance. The shop should know this. Contact wiesco for the parts? Seems like a no brainer.
