Default Yet another DIY reroute RIW question

Does anyone know if this "Chevrolet" spacer would fit? You gotta love the O-ring seal, and the full support of the water neck flange.

Jegs Spacer

By "fit", I mean Center-to-Center on the mounting holes, and T/Stat diameter.

Regards, DNM

that is really cool.
looks just like the one we all used to get from Moss, except even fancier with the o-ring.

would need dimensions to confirm fitment though.

Doubt anyone has used it, but for $31 it'd be pretty cheap to buy it and lay it on a Miata thermostat gasket.

I guess you can google around for dimensions of chevy small block/big block thermostat dimensions and get an idea of the size of this thing.
Or call JEGS?

if this thing fits, you get 100 internet points

Yeah, I'd call JEGS for a drawing. Hole centers is all you care about, you can always use a GM T-stat. Could be a big win!

Tell them it's for a Yukon, we all use their hoses anyways.

Based on a thread in the locost forums, it appears to be 3.2" (~81.25mm) center to center.

Huh, this is probably why we haven't found it before. Miata is closer to 2.65".

Miata vs. 3.2"

Bandit: I thought it might be too big.

18: The Moss part is still available. You have to order by P/N. See This Thread

I may get the Moss and turn for an o-ring, maybe one on both faces. Then no scraping when the T'Stat has to be changed. My Expy uses an o-ring at the T'Stat face, I just need to see how it is done when I change it. I mean, with the Moss part, one has to machine the stat grove anyway.
