We've just added a few new items to our line-up - The Sparco F200 is a great fit for the Miata and without sacrificing performance or style, it's still a budget seat starting at only $329!

Is that a sling seat? Hard to tell from that photo. Looks really good. I should have spend my money there instead of the NRG FRP garbage.

Will contact you about an order before too long, most likely.

What is the F2000 good for? If I do track days, is it adequate or should I go with something else?

FAB 07-23-2014 10:14 PM

If it's a sanctioned/league event that requires FIA certified equipment then you should probably look at the the Sparco Sprint. Very similar style seat but it's got the right stickers.

That being said, I attend dozens of open track days and Auto X events that don't require such certifications. Club events, group track rentals and so on.

Click here to check out the Sprint (FIA Certified).

We've been shipping a number of the new FIA approved Sparco Sprint seats and after installing a set on my personal NB I understand why.

Great fit, doesn't hit the door and it's FIRM. None of the play that I had with my previous fiberglass seat. As a bonus, I sit lower because it's seat frame does not line the bottom.

Check these out HERE We're stocked up and our cost shipped within the US is the best you'll find anywhere!

Also, stick some of your other seats in your car with mounts and get us pics. Specifically, shut the door and show us the wing bolster to door panel clearance.

You will sell eleventybillion seats if you can show us how they fit and exactly how they are mounted/installed.

FAB 09-21-2014 04:06 PM

That's a great idea.

The rear humps are removed and it's installed using the "Tall Driver" option base that we sell. The Tall Driver version is designed for the removal of the rear humps vs "Small Driver" where you'd leave the rear seat mounting points in tact.

The new F200 seat and the Sprint's share the same frame so the fitment is identical. The car now has about 1/8th inch of clearance between the shoulder bolster and the door card (previously my Corbeau was absolutely touching) and I'm not using sliders.

If you're not into the whole "track car" look, we've decided to stock some of the NRG steering wheel product line: CLICK HERE!

We also stock the Miata short adapter hubs and quick releases.
