Does the outside dimension of the inlet hose coupling area remain the same? In other words, can I use the same hose?

It is bigger, though I used the same hose from my FM kit... It was a good pain to get it on. Nothing a little tough love didn't fix.

You must have pushed that thing really hard because I was uncomfortable with the pressure I was applying to my FMII 90° elbow. Perhaps I need to man up? I grabbed one of the cheapie 2.5" elbows out of my box of random silicone and jammed it on there, but I feel like 2.75" is an all around better choice. And a legit T-Bolt clamp, of course.
