Well, its been about 5 days since I got my Mishimoto Radiator from Nester and today I finally had some time to install that sucker.

I used the OEM fans and have a OEM sway bar.

The install was straight forward with little modifications. Only thing that I had to modify was to enlarge the mounting holes for the fans. Other than that it was really easy and fit pretty well. Because of the larger nature of the radiator it does push the fans out quite a bit. I have about 1 cm of clearence between the fan and the OEM sway bar. Those of you with larger sway bars will need to invest in some slim fans. I plan on getting some slim fans pretty soon because the OEM fans are rubbing against my intercooler pipe that goes to the throttle body.

I must say that for $216, the Mishimoto radiator is a GREAT deal!! THANKS A MILLION NESTOR!!!

You can probably get more clearance by shortening the stand-offs the fans attach to.

Damn, that looks exactly like the Godspeed rad. Me thinks someone bought them all before Godspeed could.

Did you pull the rad out with the fans attached, or did you remove them first and then pull the rad?

FSM says to remove fans first, but I think it can be done with them still attached.

I was thinking the same thing....1/4" is still a 1/4" when it comes to clearances.

I removed my OE rad with the (one) fan attached. No problems. Installed the Godspeed with the fans attached also.

I removed the OE radiator with both fans attached and installed the Mishimoto radiator with both fans attached. I didn't have to force the radiator into its location like some have reported with the Godspeed one. It was cake and took me only about a hour half to do.

I could shorten the standoffs that the fans are attached too, but I'm gonna make my own shroud and buy some 11" spal curved blade fans. Simple to do and don't cost too much money. The only standoffs that can be modified are the ones the main fan is attached too. The A/C fan is already up against the radiator.

I did my mishimoto install on sunday along with 2 10" slim fans. I kept the stock shrouds and just installed the slim fans into the stock shrouds. The fit really nicely. I am also still running the stock sway bar and the fan shroud is already almost rubbing up against it. I think all you need to do is to just cut into the shroud and a bigger bar should still fit since the fan blades do sit closer into towards the radiator. The shroud seems to work great with the fans and keeps cool. I actually shorted the fan relay so my main fan is not even working but still seeing normal temps while driving with this mishi radiator.
