I just wanted to get on here and see if there was any interest for door bars. I could make them and sell them for like 200$ including shipping instead of the 275+50 on the internet. They would be the same quality DOM tubing and tig welded.
Maybe make it more parallel? See how the bar goes right across that girl's fat booty hip? I think that would cause some serious damage in a side impact, even w/ a phat booty like that.
(Please don't tell me the model is a guy w/ long hair).

right, but even if it goes to the same height, making any part lower will make it easier to get in, which is my concern.
I think the worry about it hitting you is unfounded. That's like saying a roll cage's door bars are less safe than none at all.

2nd design is Kirk. They are weld in only and ship already attached to the bar. It IS exactly what I want but bolt in. $200 for this is a no brainer. You'll sell a few dozen here and at the other forums easily, as long as fitment is good.
If these get done I think you'll see a rash of group buy frog arms, not installed yet, for sale.

When I called earlier they never mentioned any of that, and they quoted me @ $45/each.

Is there any reason to think that these wouldn't work without a rollbar that attaches like the hard dog? My autopower bar attaches at the seat belt towers and wouldn't share the upper mount point of the door bars.
I'm in if they'll work.

i called kirk racing, they cant garantee that this will fit with the hd roll bars.
what they do is weld a sleeve at the bottom of the rollbar and the door bar slides in.
if they sold it to us we would have to get the sleeve welded to the rollbar/whatever ourselves
