added a chat script

we've done this in the past, but this one was too cool to pass up.

scroll down on the main forum page, see where it lists the users online? It now also lists the "flash chat" users, click on the "people" icon next to the flash chat users, it'll take you there.
Your login is the same as the bulletin board (nifty)
I'll add a link up ^ when I get a chance. You'll see the link as "Flashchat"

Click on a banner once in awhile. I spent like 100 bucks today

I'm down for whatever works. I try to hang out in there off and on while at work, you can of course see if anyone is in there at the bottom, keep in mind if you don't click the red circle when you leave (in the upper right) you stay logged in until you timeout which can be 15+ minutes.
