Editing posts in the classifieds section

Editing posts in the classifieds section
Why is the "Edit" feature no longer available in the classified section? It's not showing up for me on the original post or on subsequent posts in my for sale threads. I always edit my for sale threads to mark items as sold, so that I don't have to bump a month-old thread to the top of the classifieds with a "Sold" post.

I thought about that before starting this thread, but I only checked one of my posts from a couple days ago. I just went back through some older posts and it looks like you're right... the edit button goes away after something like 2 weeks. Weird... I know it hasn't always been like this.
