Maybe the deals were so good Admins couldn't take it anymore. You just have to PM them for details.

They're still in business. Talked to Brandon Friday and he didn't know about it. I think it's an issue with the IB. I think a few things may have gone weird with the change over is all.

You can't PM them either, hence the post.

Alternative of course is to contact direct which is fine but I wondered if something went sour - in which case I'd obviously avoid.

due diligence and all that....

I believe it is because sponsorship status was up. I had Rick check and that is what the notes on their account said. Scott also had no clue that they were banned. As far as i know they have done nothing actually wrong. I will get in touch with IB and RP today and see if I can get it worked out.

Thank you Shuiend,

I too was shocked to see them banned. They've got tons of good parts for very competitive prices and definitely deserve to stick around.

I just talked to Brandon@renown on the phone. It was a screw up with the change over to IB and the vendor status. He is working with them and everything should be better within the week.

That would be great. Had a great experience with them when I bought brake pads a month ago. They really went out of their way to help me fix a goof I made with my CC number.

I had Nolan check, apparently they have received the $$$ for the sponsorship, but they still haven't signed/faxed back to appropiate paperwork and have not been able to get back in touch.

ROFL

Everyone has had great experiences but DAMN their business strategy is annoying. . . And their prices are competitive, but NOT always the lowest.

I believe that they have gone out of business. Their website has been down for a while. I will see if I can scrounge up a phone number for them.

You suck at googling, apparently. The first 5 pages are nothing but results related directly to the very Renown Performance this thread is about.
