Getting Error Message on Mobile App
 

I'm getting the attached error message on most threads I try to open. Thoughts? Anyone else?

Same problem, seems to be on all threads with a little more posts. All short threads I've tried is possible to open.
Seems to be around the paging size (I can open threads with 15 posts but not 25, have my paging set to 20 posts).

Interesting. I can open this thread, but nothing over looking like 15 posts..

I use the mobile app quite often and never seen this, I'll let the power to be know about this complaint.

Should also add, I think this began after updating my Nexus 5 to Android OS 5.1..

I did the first "update" but im still on 4.4.4.

I'm on 4.4.4 and have the problem, started today or yesterday I think.
App version 1.3.18 (and clearing the huge cache did not help)

yeah I'm on app version 1.3.18. Weird. I've been using the app heavily over the past few days and not ever getting this error. I'll let IB know.

I had the problem a week or so ago over a day. Yesterday was pretty bad with the majority of the forums returning the same message. Haven't tried today and haven't checked on versions.

I'm having the same problem on iPhone, and I've made no changes to my os.

Same problem on Android 5.0.1 on a different device.

Hey all,
I will have the team look into what may have caused this.

They are deep into development of an all new application that should be released in early April and have stopped supporting the old app to try and get this one out. They will still be able to take a look and see if some change they made for the new app is causing this.

I will keep everyone updated on the new application but feedback so far has been good. Fixes most of the stability issues that this application has had.

App is still giving the error. Might connect to one thread but no more until disconnect and reconnect after a while.

Well I wasn't able to get into this thread yesterday..

Now I'm back. Problem solved?

I thought i posted here with the app last night that I was getting the error, but doesn't look like it even published... :(

Which now can open large thread again (at least now, for me).

Seems to be fixed for me, I can open anything again.

Well, getting the same error message again. Worked fine for several days. Damn annoying.

I was again for an hour or so, seems to be alright now...
