Non Miata build threads welcome? Seperate section?
So as we are all gearheads and everyone enjoys a good project, I was wondering if it would be appropriate to start another section that would welcome non Miatas?
Just a thought. You guys would probably do a good job of harassment and motivation for a lot of us, plus more non nonsense resources if someone is looking to start a project.

And of course Ben's whatever that thing is now
It'll make figuring out what you are driving at any give time that much easier.
Six has the 1968 GTO and 1969 Sprite, Hornet has his land yacht, etc. I'd love to live vicariously through other peoples failures

Somebody rang my bell and this isn't worth a new thread:
I'm planning on eventually switching the 68 Pontiac over to fuel injection and twin turbos with a megasquirt, when I get enough motivation. It already has 6.7 liters of displacement and made 500 ft. lbs at 2800 rpm, but will need turbos to breathe well up high. It only made 330whp on a Mustang dyno at 4400 rpm where it was suffering with detonation due to a poorly set up mechanical advance distributor (MS needed). It also had a far too restrictive exhaust for the amount of cubic inches. The headers and exhausts would be fine for a small block but aren't enough for a big block. I'll fix all of that with a turbo setup.
I dream about it occasionally. That is all.
