Default OK, WTF is up with the site

It started over a few weeks ago.

I hit "new posts" I hit the 1st thread at the top, and this is what happens:

I ignored it for a long time.
But its been getting worse. Noticeably worse.
Now its every other time I do it, the stupid thing just ***** all over the screen.
whenever it doesn't do that, it starts SAVING the page. As in, I click on a thread trying to open it, I get a pop up that asks me if I want to save it to my desktop....after I hit cancel, and try to open the thread again, no matter how many times I click on it, or try to open it, nothing happens.
Only after I close the ******* site, re-open it, and find the thread, does it let me open said thread again.

WTF

No idea, but seeing if it happens in Chrome will help narrow down the possibilities.

Well my brand new computer is here, I just need to switch everything over, so I'm not really worried about it. Everything else works fine. The times this doesn't happen the site works fine too. So if its not the site then nvm

Disable all extensions in Firefox as a start.

Something is catching the query and adding a non-HTTP Header just before the actual HTTP headers, and therefor Firefox is thinking its just a plain text file/page, and not HTML.

You're not a real old person then. Old people use IE or Netscape or nothing at all because they're afraid of the computer their children set up for them.

Download combofix, save to your desktop and run it. Disable your AV first or boot into safemode.

If theres anything on your PC, this will find it.

ComboFix Download

Yes, Combofix is great, but it can screw up your computer if you don't know how to use it right, so I'd be careful giving that out as a suggestion.
