Request: Word filter/replacement
 

I'm not sure if you guys know about plug-ins like "Cloud-to-Butt" where it replaces every instance of "the cloud" with "my butt" dynamically. An example:

Personally, I feel like the MT experience can be enhanced by providing a site wide word filter for "Virtual Dyno" and changing it to "Butt Dyno".
