Short Loading

Past couple of days, when clicking on the site, it loads partially and stops. Then reloading will bring in the full page. Happens only on our site.

Yup. Since March. I tagged Our Fearless Leader in a few threads doing it, nothing happened.

Only noticed it recently, maybe someone decided to shorten the timed period a little further.
