What happened to all the pictures

I posted photos from imgur and they always get uploaded to this sites photo manager once I post.

I was going to say, I think everything is immediately rehosted. Was that a bug?

Images have automatically been re-hosted for years.

To bypass this, you add a ? to the end of the URL. So if your image URL is https://i.imgur.com/5LHUhXP.png, you'd enter the following:

[attach]232789[/attach]

It is the same on miataforumz.com, another IB forum.

lol if you let this forum host/rehost your pictures instead of a dedicated image host like imgur.

What I meant is that by hosting myself (even if it re-hosts), rather than depending on image storage on the forum, I still have copies of them even if the IB database explodes.

The ? to prevent re-hosting is useful, I'll have to start using that.

I've seen someone as well as you, and I'm betting it was Savington, talking about hosing images instead of the forum.

I kind of laughed a bit inside, because it seemed the forum went ahead and used itself anyway.
