Soooo anyone pre-order? I'm downloading right now. Had to try randomly for an hour straight because the server was too busy. Sounds awesome, can't wait to play. Although I'm still kind of into CODMW2. I'm just sick of the no serverness of COD.

Not gona lie it looks pretty good. Probably get it a couple weeks after it comes out and buy a used copy since all those nerds beat the ******* game in 2 hours...CODMW2 is a great game def going to be a 3rd one, i just hate how good the ppl are online! FFS you respawn and get owned, im getting a little better now but still that games hard.

Is it worth it to buy games like this if you have no intention of playing on line? I tried going online with COD2, and had my *** handed to me in EBM tradition. My ego does not need this.

IMO these games are really all about multiplayer. I played maybe 2 hours of single play for CODMW2. So I say if you don't play online, it's kind of pointless.

I'll pick it up near the end of April when I have more time. Don't buy this game for single player, it is really a multiplayer only game.

I've played about 2hrs of MW2 single player, and I'm up to about 7 days online... These games are definitely about online play.

It sucks at first playing online, getting pwnd by everyone. Now I am the one pwning and it's good fun. The other day I had 70 kills and 8 deaths playing ground war domination at the terminal. I probably should retire, I don't think I'll ever beat that.

*Edit* I am EfiniFC3S on the PSN if any of you guys want to add me. Make sure you put your from mt.net in the add request.

Get a mouse and a kb, and come play on PC against the men. Consoles are for kids.

I beat the story in about 6 hrs a few days ago on BC2, it is not worth it just for single player.

Played a few hours of BC2 today. Not bad online play. Going to take a bit of getting use to. I think it has potential. I like slower paced, more long term strategy type game play. MW2 there was definitely strategy, but it changed every 5 seconds.

There are definitely some bugs in the game as expected. I had issues getting on servers and staying on them. Also random disconnects from the game login. Stats not updating on the main page. Etc..

I would say if you are not really into gaming, wait a few months until all the bugs are out.

My semi-outdated computer did fine, although I really am thinking about upgrading. I have a system picked out and everything.

I gotta admit, the game only runs ok on my rig, with a i7 920 and GTX260 for graphics. I need my self one of those new radeon 5870's haha. Ill wait till the gtx400 cards come out tho, so the prices drop a little.

Meh, its got the same issues as the beta. The only plus I see is that you can finally sort by columns in the server browser.

As a LONGGG time CS player the only game that I have found that can even come close is MW2 Search and Destroy. I'm all about twitch shooters that are all about who is faster and better at aiming. I could personally care less about nubs that suck at FPS's complaining about the game being hard. And people that complain about no dedicated servers, I can empathize to a point. However the matching system works pretty well and you can form a party with your friends in steam.

BC2 has terrible hit boxes, you can shoot an entire AK clip into someone, hit most of the shots, and them still not fall. That plus the lag on full servers pretty much kills it for me. I will be sticking with MW2 for the foreseeable future and just continue slaughtering everything that moves.

I'd like to retract my previous statement about BC2. My lag was setting induced. I run the game at full res on my pc and for whatever reason it defaulted to 4x MSAA. I changed it down to 2x and turned on vsync to get rid of tearing. Well I can report that it runs like butter now and I was pwning noobs all last night.

I love the hardcore game mode with no HUD or crosshair, and that it only takes a few hits to die.
