That's my new record for longest time spent playing a videogame... That's 654 hours. Just surpassed my old record for Oblivion of 640-something.

my one character on wow had 130 days 15 hrs and 40 mins of played time in a yr. FWIW i had a few lvl 50-60 alts as well in that time.

Only game I played that much was MGO (Metal Gear Online) which was packages with MGS3 on the PS2. Forget the hour count, but it was a lot. Otherwise the only other games besides RPG's that get a bunch of hours would be racing games. GT3 and GT4 probably saw hundreds, if not over 1000 hours each.

Yeah my ps2 saw at least a thousand hours of gt4.

+1 i would say more than that, i am rather ---- on that game, i have spent 2 days setting up a car. GT2 was one of those too. My racing modded TVR speed 12 was awesome, and my only goal for that car was to overcome the monster that was my brothers escudo pikes peak. I finally did. Back when i had my shitty AE86. I have spent hours on every Metal gear game, on the newest one, i saved a separate file right before you get to drive the metal gear from the first one. So i can play that completely bad ass fight over and over again. You can't kill snake. He is a super bad ass.

I have a feeling FFXIII will see 200+ hours when I actually get it. FFXII got played through probably 3 times, averaging about 50 hours per play through, and I would imagine XIII will be a bit more "big".

I did FFX 3 times, probably totalled 400-some hours for that game.

Now if were going with RPG's i dont know if you have played any of the tales of destiny games, but 1 and 2 saw about 400 hours each. Shining force EXA i ended up getting everybody to the highest level. After the 3rd play through. I went through about a year where my female standards were low..... i know.

Fuck everything else, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona is the best series of RPGs ever conceived by man. No shit. That's the game in the original post, the third one.

Same here. Datsun roadster ran 50 sec. at Tsukuba with 256 hp.

Got to step my ps3 game up before I fall behind. I suck right now.

I love FFX. I've probably beaten it 6-8 times since it came out spread out years apart. I never really got into side missions and stuff in that one though, so maybe 30 hours per play through. LOVE FFX! Not a very popular one though, not sure why. Dare I say I like X more than VII. I'm not even going to go into any of the other RPG series. All of the Tales games I have played have rocked, and I loved Star Ocean 3, played it for probably 200+ hours over 3 play throughs. So many other RPG's I have forgotten. Grandia III was good as well. I enjoy most RPGs just for the experience. Very few have I stopped playing without completion.

I've been playing Unreal Tournament online for the last 10 years, does that count? :o

I don't like to admit this, but when i played wow i had over 140 days /played in game.

I'm about 95 hours into Fall Out 3, but that took me about a year. Spent close to 80 hours playing GTA IV, including the ballad of gay tony :giggle:

Its ok, I had about 204 days on my main. Thats 4,896 hours...............

I started to play the game in closed beta but the 204 was started when WoW was released which was near thanksgiving of 2004. And to think I played it kind of mildly compared to a lot.

MMORPGs can waste a lot of your life. I'm not even sure how many hours/days I spent playing Diablo and Diablo II , probly quite a few.

The average WoW player has about 100 days of play time on a character. The problem is most players make 3 characters.......

I've logged a bit of time on MW2, but I don't know how much. The only stat I pay any mind to is my kill/death ratio. It's around 1.13 now, but part of the reason it's so low is that I have friends over and we switch off. They die a lot...

I thought that save screen mooked familiar. I played P3 FES and quite enjoyed it. Not my favorite, but it was addictive. I think I ended up with maybe 100 hours. Never played the second game/part of the game that came with the FES. It would have been another 50 hours I'm sure.

The sad part is that I'm at that 650 hours and I haven't played through the second part either... Most of the fun of the game was the story progression, I honestly thought that going to Tartarus and stuff was a bit of a hassle sometimes. And in the second part that's all you can do.

Yeah, the Tartarus is most of the time spent, since the story progression doesn't really allow for much time. I'm not a big fan of everything being timed though. Once you do so much in a day you have to progress the clock and are one step closer to game completion. I like being able to take infinite time to level up and do whatever I need to do. Some stuff would sneak up on me and I wasn't prepared and would have to revert to a save points weeks prior and redo a lot of stuff, which was annoying. Still a fun game though. Very likable and interesting characters and a good story.

I have 56.8hrs in to Battlefield BC2 and 182hrs in to CODMW2. Although no longer play COD since BFBC2 is win. I forsee hitting a lot of hours in this game. At least until I give in to getting a ps3 for GT5 and FF.

Do it now! I'm bad about selling my consoles, only to want another one a year later. I think I've had at least 2 PS2's, 2 PS3's and 2 360's. About to buy another PS3 for GT5 and FF, plus a lot of other games not available for other the 360.

I just sold my three huge monitors (2 x 31", 1 x 36" - they are the black boxes in the pic below) and will probably sell off a few (three or four <G>) of my XBox 360s. I'm building a recording studio (yeah right) for my guitar/bass and needed the room. Online/mulitplayer used to be the shit for me but since I don't have any friends I don't have anyone to play with now.

I've threatened to quit all together several times when good games being released dropped to zero, and I couldn't find anything I enjoyed, but I always get an urge to play every now and then, and once in a blue moon someone will release a good game that I have to experience.

When a friend of mine was on house arrest for a year. He went pro in rock band/guitar hero, halo, and call of duty.

I only play a little bit and not online. You see, I like to have sex with women rather than frag teenagers on the intarweb. But that's just me. :)
