oh, call of duty. i kinda suck at it - i probably could be really good if i tried and had patience, but i get 3 minutes into a game and i'm just like, oh fuck it, this is boring, i'm gonna run around and shoot things.

Why don't people play FPS's on the PC the way they were meant to be played?

gotta sell some of 'em macs and get me a new gaming rig :)

two reasons I personally don't play on a PC:

1. my PC isn't up for it, hardware-wise
2. it's way too easy for people to cheat/hack
3. my wife uses the PC a lot so I'd have to fight her for time

ok, three reasons.

COD4 has been pissing me off lately.

TDM = Throw three frags, run out into the open and die so they can score a point with martyrdom.

HCTDM = A bunch of whiny campers who think they are awesome for being hardcore.

a simple fun quake3 mod game that doesnt require a lot of hardware.

I played COD4 for the first time on PS3 the other night. It's hard as shit and I find the controls a bit counter-intuitive. I probably would have picked up on it a bit quicker if I hadn't worked a 12 hour day and gotten smashed before trying it however.....

If you were playing on the PC I'd pwn you all. n00bz.
