it says
Sorry, new members registration and Tool Packs purchasing is no longer possible. We hope to welcome you as members of future WMD projects.
looks super cool though, going to have to keep an eye for this to come out.

I emailed them about the closed registration. If it actually is closed I'll get huffy about there being no mention of it on the site and the fact that its still telling people to regist and ****. I do think its a mistake on their end, since if you look, it looks like they havent met their funding goals.

I made a post about it in the forums.

They have been adding new cars. I don't see why there would not be a spec miata added at least. But most of the cars now are race cars.

No production cars are in the game yet. Only generic race cars as licensing and branding is still being worked out.

Waiting for beta to jump in.

Apparently there is some "poll" that is going to determine the fate of new members during beta...

I have no damn idea, and finding information on that site is worse than finding information on this site.

could toss in the idea of running a referal code type system for this stage of the beta, that would allow some people in but not a huge influx of people.

Is it closed beta? Wouldn't be the first game I've been in on the closed beta.

I'm honestly not even getting any straight answer. For what seems to be a simple logical question i'm being redirected to scour the forum to find an answer.

Raising hell now. Only way to get some answers. Little negative rep later, and i'll be happy.

Double post, oops.

Raised hell, got answer. So it's a "closed" beta as of right now. There was a poll, that has closed voting to let new members join, on weekends and such (like planetside 2). The vote was like 52% yes 48% no. So we're waiting results i guess. The argument they had was new members would only get the "junior" toolpack just to play the game perbeta and they were "loosing" money i guess... I don't know. Simple solution would be to just get rid of that toolpack or just charge more.

They weren't to thrilled with my big Detroit mouth. lol

More like Pre-alpha and your buying your way onto the qa team with no pay.

Annnnndd they banned me and refunded my money. What a bunch of *****.

I guess that's what socialism is like. God do i not want that. Ah well. Nevermind this thread and this game. It's such a shame a good game is run by a crew of morons.

It REALLY is worse than this forum. I didn't even post a new thread but brought up an old thread and asked my question. It went from "use the search noob" to "ban". Even the good ol brain would of had mercy on me...

I'm bitter now.
