I had a GTX960ssc 2gb card and it couldn't handle PUBG worth a damn... a 1060 3gb should spank a 960, but don't get too bummed if fps are kinda low on PUBG. For best results do Very Low on everything except textures and view distance, put those as high as you can to maintain good fps. Also go to the Gameplay tab in settings and turn inventory character rendering off. That's your best bet to get good FPS and still have the game look decent.

Yeah, Benny and joe play with Elliot, he is back from Arizona with Natasha so they play. Joey Navarre plays more. Scott W plays with us a lot. Benny has a discord up that we all use. JT just got the game to, so he's all amped up about it.

Care to post discord info? After playing TOXIKK with you I'd love to join the fray. aka KRYPTYK

I can run PUBG fine with 60FPS+ with medium/high settings most of the time (and because having Freesync it is not to terrible if the FPS drop below 60 sometimes).
However, the rest of your PC needs to be up to it as well. I have a i7-3930k 6 core with 16GB RAM and PUBG on my SSD. Your experience might not be as good if you have less CPU / RAM or have the game on HDD.
I am also a bit annoyed that life gets in the way this week, as I really wanted to play on the test server.
The test from last week were very good for the client (altough the server itself sucked). Really looking forward to the 1.0 release!

I learned the value of picking up a pan last night. Running through a field trying to take cover, and I was getting shot from behind. 4 shots hit me, but 3 of them hit the pan with no damage!

Hopped back into PUBG after taking a break. The new HUD is nice, seems the game's shading/color was looked over? I noticed a tiny bit of optimization over all, but still runs like poo for my system. Not sure what the exact bottleneck may be but my guess is the 750ti card I have. Maybe if xmas is good this year I'll pick up a new one.

Wait for 1.0 patch. New map seems to run WAY better. Even with all the test server issues players were experiencing much better gameplay. Still feeling a little clunky, but overall smoother

Any other casuals pick this up on Xbox? Playing solo I predict I'll never get a chicken dinner, just had a really good shot at it with practically perfect map placement, good weapons (I think - m416 and UMP), and enough heals to survive the top 4...unfortunately I have scrub aim/awareness and got offed by a dude crouched in a corner. We were on smallest circle and I didn't hear anyone moving, so figured I'd get the party started. Womp womp. It did push us into an urban area though, I'm sure things are much different when it's the middle of a field.

No one knows me.. but I play both maps! Mainly FPP but I'll reduce myself to 3rd person to squad up.
Feel free to add me!

I wouldn't recommend the 3gb version of the 1060. There will be plenty chances to snag a decent card on newegg this month.

Yeah. This is the console equivalent of my bitching about how crappy this game has been running on my PC.
