Which 1.8 axles would you choose?

I have a 1.8 diff with different style axles on either side. The one piece design and the 2 piece design. Im planning on swapping out one to make them the same on both sides. Which style do you think is better?

Thanks

2 piece is easier to install but might have clearance issues with very big exhaust.

either is fine

my 3" fits fine with the 2-piece. However when I was under Rappadan's car....there was so much more room for his in that area it was silly.

I recently did a torsen swap out of a '94. I put the 1 piece axles in. I didn't find it that hard to install. The guy i bought them from suggested i go with 1 piece instead of 2, not really sure why. (and he did offer both)

Mine has a slight contact between flange and 3" exhaust when suspension is compressed in a certain manner. I think my new exhaust is going to be 2.5" so probably will clear without issue. But I've got the 1 piece axles in case. Jason (Enthuza) warned me about potential contact with the 3" but YMMV.

my exhaust has been beating into submission...i has a nice dent where the flange would hit it...no worries there.

So put the 1 piece on the left, and 2 piece on the right.
