Default It runs!! (I didn't part it out!) Sexiness inside.

The two big upgrades this time around were a twin disc clutch and a shiny new GT2871. I also got a new 6 speed since I trashed the last one. First off, let me say that the twin disc is amazing! It revs very quickly. (I'll get some videos tomorrow)
I got the ceramic twin setup and it is very grabby. I had a 4 puck /w unsprung hub before and this new clutch is very difficult in comparison. Still driveable but you definitely have to be careful. Especially because you've lost a lot of rotating mass and it's really easy to kill the engine.
I've not gotten to do any tuning yet so I'll wait to comment on the turbo. However, I did do a few 10psi safe-tune pulls and I think I'm going to like it.

Well, I plan on pushing the 2871 to it's limits and then adding an undetermined amount of nitrous so, we'll see where that puts me. Ever since installing the first turbo, I've been plagued with clutch problems. Nothing is more frustrating than getting passed because your clutch is slipping. So I decided to go all out and never have to worry about clutch issues again.

Thanks! I put a lot of time, money, blood, sweat, and tears into this build and I'm proud of it.

Definitely not. I have a begi fpr laying around that I thought about using. I'm afraid that if I go with much bigger injectors, the mspnp is not going to be happy. I'm thinking that i will bump the fuel pressure a bit and then see where that takes me. After that, a wet shot should do the trick to get me to where I want to be.

Dude, I ran 1000s fine with my MS1, go ahead and run some 750s.

Sounds fun, keep us posted with vids and slips.

Damn. Grabbier than a 4 puck unsprung. That's saying something. You've spent that much, get those hot new injectors from Emilio too. 1000cc Injector Dynamics injectors ftw!
