6 speed fill washer size?
A long time ago I put the fill plug on my six speed without a washer. Made sure I torqued the hell out of it. Of course I can't get it loose, on jackstands now. After overfilling it a couple times with 2 quarts of fluid I put 1.75 in this time. I would really like to check it properly. Tue. I will have access to a lift, where I can get the room to loosen the sob. I want to take it out, check the fluid and put it back, with a washer. I wanted to know if the crush washer size was 18mm id and 25mm od. I've been googling all over and got mixed results. No dealer within 100 miles of here.

I dont know the washer size, but you can order the oem washer online and have it shipped to you.

or just while it's on the hoist remove the plug, then head to the shops and buy a new washer.
Even the shittest auto parts stores will have a stock of assorted crush washers for a few cents each. |
Since I'm doing this tomorrow, no time to order oem. Didn't want to pay $8 shipping on a dollar fitty part. I was planning on getting a washer from a parts store. I didn't want to hold up a lift in a busy shop while I went and got it. I guess I'll buy a couple different ones today and bring them with me.

The ACE hardware store near me has a large assortment of crush washers and maybe one near you does the same. They continue to pleasantly surprise me at the stuff they have on hand that keeps my projects moving forward.

I got called away on business to a town that had a dealership. If anybody needs to know, the washer is 18mm id and 25mm od. O'reilly's has them in stock for less than half the dealership price. $7.00 for one crush washer at Mazda.
