949 Racing Supermiata Crossflow Radiator (NA/NB fitment version)

Just finished the install today, my car is a 2001 LS... retaining P/S and A/C

Some helpful tips that weren't in the instructions...

To relocate the condenser to the front of it's mounting brackets, as the installation states... It is impossible, unless you remove the A/C lines, OR remove the bottom mounting brackets (the ones that hold up the condensor and radiator) to get enough room.

Once moved behind the bracket, only one side can be bolted in, almost an inch off on one side. I ended up using two high temp zip ties on the side that couldn't bolt in, I figured this would be sufficient, as the bottom mounts support all the weight of the condenser. I could have bent the two side brackets, but I decided not to, as I tend to brake stuff...

The bottom coolant line to the radiator interferes with the P/S lines, and the bracket that supports the P/S lines must be unbolted to have enough room.

The top fan bolt, nearest the rad fill doesn't fit due to being a flanged-type bolt, a regular bolt with washer does, however.

The A/C line nearest the rad fill needs to be bent out of the way of the radiator.

Make sure to really trim down the bottom rubber grommets that the new radiator will rest on, otherwise it interferes with the rubber washers on the two drain plugs (which I really hope don't leak, it was impossible to tighten all the way without pushing the o-ring type washer out)

That's all I can think of right now, maybe I'll add more soon!
