99 EGR Connector Voltages

I guess this would go here?
Anyway, does anyone know what the voltages at the EGR connector are supposed to be when the connector is unplugged?
Can anyone check for me?

12V in the middle pins, ~0V in the outer pins.

well shit. Looks like ive got a bad pcm then. Ive got 12 volts in the middle. Right lower 5v. Right upper 0.5. Left side ones are zero.
Thanks for checking! Mazda factory manual is terrible.

Check the voltages with the ignition on and the ECU disconnected.

I did that before posting. Unplug and the wire goes to 0v. Checked at pcm pin unplugged and I have voltage at the pcm. It's a bummer, but at least I can get rid of this Cali pcm.

Put in a bp4w computer in. Got rid of the bp5x. EGR code gone, voltages seem to be where they should. p0420 code came on, have a 02 spacer installed,. might just be a bad 02 sensor. But it fixed the EGR code!
