So...two years...3 months or so after joining, I've got everything and she is going under the knife.

Install dates are set for the 16th-19th at my buddies garage so I can take my time and have fun. I'm going to install the kit, tap the pan etc, run it open downpipe, once I like however thing is, I'm going to go to the exhaust shop and have my flex section welded into the RM downpipe (and any other adjustments that need to be made) and a 2nd O2 bung installed. Then wire in the wideband for MS, hopefully get it running and install the 550s. Wired-Open wastegate ftw.

I'm excited, I just sold my VW and about half of my parts car, still trying to get rid of the torsen and such so I can get some extra cash. Once this is running I'm going to look into building the 1.8 that is in the parts car and looking for a 99/00 head...

Its about time though, I got my turbo blanket in the other day, **** looks pretty good.

Installing Diff mounts and new tie rods too...at least the diff mounts.

Any heads up? I think I'm pretty prepared...just a little scared about MS and such, but I've been though posts here a bunch so hopefully I'll get everything started with out any problems...I'm running wastegate pressure for a few weeks, then installing the hardware for EBC.

Its a modified greddy kit, 2.5" exhaust, FMIC, Turbo XS BoV, MS 1 v3 PnP by Braineack, 550cc, rebuilt td04h, new studs, etc. Hoping for 160ish...then 220 at 12lbs...on a 'real' dyno.
