Metallic noise while creeping
This has been plauging me for the past week. At low speeds (Parking lot to low second gear) I get a horrible grinding noise. I have looked all over, and there's no interference between anything rotating...
More pronounced in parking lot maneuvers, turns, the like. However, there is no noise at speed, at least not noticeable. No wobbling, sits fine. I can't tell if it's from one side or not. I also noticed that if I'm at speeds and I hit a bump it grinds while there's load. Just threw it up on some jacks and turned the wheels, no noise...
All I can come up with is wheel bearing, but it doesn't really match the symptoms too well... Thoughts?
