I decided to sell my 93 and go with a 2000 miata
Pretty clear :)

Besides if he was swapping a 1.8 into 1.6 chassis he'd still need the 1.6 Hydra.

He should have it when he sells the Hydra, or the intake manifold. Buy it from him and tell him you'll pay him when you get it. Then hold it hostage until he pays up.
